Choosing a photographer for your wedding day will be a very challenging task. Aurette Burger Photography is committed to capture your special day and share your story through the lens. Your photos will be unique, special, fun, spontaneous and intimate.
I have different Photo and Storybook Packages available. However alternatives can be negotiated. I also specialise in photo editing through which I create a unique and creative STORYBOOK album to suit each couple’s unique personality.

ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSION:
OPTION A: R 600
Ø 1 x DVD consisting of all photographs (12 Mega Pixel Quality and Email quality).
Ø 30-50 photos on BLOG 4 days after the shoot.
Ø Include 50km travelling for the day.
Ø 1 HOUR SHOOTING
OPTION B: R 800
Ø 1 x DVD consisting of all photographs (12 Mega Pixel Quality and Email quality).

E-SESSION GUESTBOOK: R1 700
This is a great alternative to the traditional guest book where your guests write in messages for you.
Landscape coffee table book (260mm x 215mm) with custom (photo cover) hard cover / leatherette hard cover.
PAGES: 16 leaves (thus 32 pages) (will cover 12-15 tables)
To add more pages: R100 per leave / double page
BUILD YOU OWN WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE:
Choose 1 option form HOURS at WEDDING and 1 option from PRINTED OPTIONS to complete your wedding package.
HOURS at WEDDING:
First choose how long you want me to be at your wedding to cover all the detail of the day, after this, you can choose what you want to get printed of your wedding.
4 HOURS: R 4 000 (+/- 200 HIGH RESS edited photos on DVD)
6 HOURS: R 6 000 (+/- 300 HIGH RESS edited photos on DVD)
8 HOURS: R 8500 (+/- 400 HIGH RESS edited photos on DVD)
EXTRA HOUR = R200 p/hour

The following is included in all the Printed options:

General information applicable to all packages:
DEPOSIT: 50% (of the package) non-refundable deposit is payable to make your reservation.
The balance of the package you choose is payable in by (EFT) in the week before the wedding.
TIME AT WEDDING DAY:
The 8 hour packages is normally enough to cover a whole wedding.
TRANSPORT COST:
No transport cost applicable for the first 100km for the wedding (from Durbanville).
Thereafter R4,50 per km.
ACCOMODATION:
If the wedding is further than 100km from Durbanville, Cape Town, overnight accommodation will be added.
POSTAGE: If you can’t collect your product from posting costs will be added.
SEATING AT RECEPTION:
Seating for one at the reception is required (2 seats if an assistant photographer is booked).
Seating must be part of the main reception area and catered in full. NO SMOKING AREA!

CONTRACT FOR PHOTO SERVICES
Change of wedding date:
1. You will lose your deposit for your first date
2. You will have to pay new deposit to book your second wedding date, only if the photographer is available on the new date.
3. In addition the following charges will be due and payable in case of date change:
Ø More than 90 days prior to the function: only lose your deposit for first date.
Ø 90 days prior to the function: 50% of the outstanding amount
Ø 60 days prior to the function: 80% of the outstanding amount
Ø 30 days prior to the function: 100% of the outstanding amount
Cancellation of Photographic service for wedding:
1. You will lose your deposit.
2. Cancellation of our agreement must be submitted in writing. In addition the following charges will be due and payable in case of cancellation:
Ø 120 days prior to the function: 30% of the outstanding amount
Ø 90 days prior to the function: 50% of the outstanding amount
Ø 60 days prior to the function: 80% of the outstanding amount
Ø 30 days prior to the function: 100% of the outstanding amount.
I may substitute another to take the photographs in the event of Photographer’s illness or Crisis. In the event of such substitution, I warrant that the Photographer taking the photographs shall be a competent professional.
If Aurette Burger Photography cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness, then I shall return the deposit to the client but have no further liability with respect to the agreement.
All photos taken by Aurette Burger Photography remains the property of me. Photos produced may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or sold without permission of Aurette Burger Photography. Photos may be re-printed only for personal use, not to give to Venues, make-up artists, florists or anyone else. Any other use of the photos is to be cleared with Aurette Burger Photography first and should be credited for work done in all publications of whatsoever the nature (Facebook / Website / Competitions / BLOGS / Magazines / ect).
